Tim Fletcher-Velasco

MSN, ARNP, FNP-BC OWNER/MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Tim is an ARNP with over 17 years of experience in healthcare. He is the owner and provider of Honey Glow Health. Tim graduated from Pacific Lutheran University (PLU) in 2020, with a Master of Science in Nursing. Then continued his education at Purdue Global University, earning a degree in Advance Registered Nurse Practitioner – Family Practice.

After graduating he opened up his own clinic/med spa. He worked at Pierce County Jail in Tacoma and SCORE Jail near SeaTac. Tim has also served in the U.S. Navy for a little over 10 years as a medic and laboratory technician.

Tim has a way of making it seem like everyone is a close friend. Tim explains everything in a way that is genuine and kind-hearted and always makes people feel like they are a part of his close friends and family.

Tim currently lives in Bonney Lake, WA with his husband, Kevin, and daughter, Claire. Tim loves spending time with family: camping, hiking, biking, movies, cooking, and baking. He is currently trying to plan his next trip to Europe or Asia for his 10-year anniversary.

Kevin Fletcher-Velasco

Chief Operations Oficer (COO)

Kevin Fletcher-Velasco is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) with over 5 years of experience in running multiple businesses. He co-owns Health Glow Health with his husband, Tim. Kevin is mostly the “behind-the-scenes guy” of Honey Glow Health. He is usually processing paperwork, manages inventory, taxes, and all the boring admin stuff. In his free time, Kevin is known for his love of puzzles, soccer, and binge-watching shows. You can usually find him on the MRFC soccer fields coaching his daughter’s team.

Kevin graduated from University of Maryland University College in 2009, with a Master of Science in Management. He also holds degrees in Deaf Interpreting, Deaf Studies, and a Bachelor of Social Work. Kevin’s day job is working as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist with the Federal Government. Additionally, he also is the COO for a family-owned escape room in Tacoma, WA (Enigma Escapes WA). In the past, Kevin has worked as a bank teller, retail cashier, pizza delivery driver, and various other side jobs while attending school.

Kevin currently lives and works from home where he also tends to the animals of the house including 2 cats (named Goose and Tiger), chickens (named after the Golden Girls), and honeybees (Yes, this is where the name Honey Glow Health came from).

Tania

Receptionist/ Medical Assistant

Tania Ramirez is a Phlebotomist and IV Certified technician and has been with Honey Glow Health since the beginning. Tania is our front desk receptionist and licensed medical assistant-phlebotomist. Between greeting guests, answering phones, and answering questions, she provides facial services and B12 injections. Tania graduated from Northwest Phlebotomy School in (2023) with a IV Certificate.

Tania is a Salvadoran and fluent in spanish. Si, hablo espanol. Tania currently lives in Bonney Lake, Washington with her son Joseph . Tania is energetic and unbeatable in her customer service skills. You can’t miss her smile when you first walk through the door. She loves to go camping, soccer games, and likes to go on hikes with her son. During the summer, you can likely find her summer around Lake Tapps enjoying the water and sun. Tania’s hobbies include cooking, make-up tutorials, doing her niece’s hair in different styles, and being outdoors.

Muqdasa Sadat

DNP, ARNP, FNP-C/ ARNP Injector

Muqie is an ARNP with over 8 years of experience in healthcare. She has spent the majority of her career working as RN in Pediatric Critical Care. Muqie is an ARNP injector who graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 2023, with a Doctorate in Family Medicine. She is passionate about skin health and uses Aesthetic Medicine to help attain facial harmony and youthfulness. 

She lives in Renton with her two Persian cats named Coco and Zoey. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends,traveling, and researching skin care products.

Tyler Wassom

Nurse Injector (RN)

Tyler was born and raised right here in Bonney Lake. He is a Registered Nurse who comes to Honey Glow Health with over 8 years of experience in Healthcare. Tyler has spent the majority of his career in the Emergency Department. He has worked at some of the nations best hospitals which have included Pediatric Trauma Centers, Comprehensive Cardiac and Neuro Centers, and Critical Access Trauma Hospitals.

Tyler graduated from Santa Ana College in 2020 with an Associate of Science in Nursing. Tyler also holds an Associate of Arts from Pierce College. He is currently enrolled at Capella University and is studying to earn a Masters of Science in Nursing Education. He currently resides in Seattle, Wa with his dog Tank and two sphynx cats Vincent and Cosmo. Tyler has a passion for aesthetic medicine and is excited to help his patients reach their aesthetic goals.

Adam is a Registered Nurse experienced in Family Medicine and Aesthetic Medicine.
They are finishing their Masters of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at Simmons University; They are known around Tacoma as vocal member of the LGBTQ+ community. Their focus in Aesthetic Medicine is gender-affirming services that help you reflect the true you.

Adam received their RN from Pacific Lutheran University. They also hold a B.A. focused in Environmental Chemistry and Biology from The Evergreen State College. They live in Tacoma with their partners and two dogs, a standard poodle named Millie and a Boston terrier named Mochi. Gardening, travel, and sustainable design are all passions that they enjoy in their spare time.

Lauren Donovan

Nurse Injector (RN)

Lauren has never wanted to be anything but a nurse. She started out as an LPN in 2014 and decided to go back to school for her RN in 2019. She worked in the ICU at the Auburn Medical Center throughout the pandemic until she decided to move toward aesthetic nursing. When Lauren isn’t at the office, she is working out at VIE or spending time with her husband and two young children.
